Extremely comfy bed in single room with a writing desk and a storage. Wonderful and lovely location in a quiet area, close enough to the restaurants and pier, town centre and Cliff's Pavilion, and the Southend airport and Southend Central station.

Really enjoyed our stay, had good 1 day overall. The personnel was competent and decent. The bedroom was brand-new and budget. The bathroom was comfortable, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The hotel had a central location very close to the sea or attractions.

The place was newly renovated and fairly clean. Excellent and fabulously friendly staff who were always there to help. I enjoyed the room with a view, the bed was comfy. Its location was exceptionally nice, by the sea, and in a nice quiet area. Also, the hotel was not too far from Liverpool One Shopping Complex.
There was breakfast missing.

The property has an unbeatable and excellent location, close to shops and seafront, the sea side and the town centre and the train station. For lunch or dinner go to Champagne Chinese, located next door to the hotel.
